Q: Whats your processing time?
A: Normally, it takes about 1-3 business days for us to process your order.

However, if there are any items that are out of stock, it will take an extra 1-2 days to confirm whether to change or refund.

Q: Can I make some changes to the products after placing the order?
A: If you would like to change the products, please contact your representative. We could change the products for you, including the color or size, even change to a new product of similar price is practicable before shipping out.

Note: Once the order is shipped, no adjustments could be operated.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity(MOQ) of your website?

Customers could place orders of any quantity.

Q: How to cancel my order?
